No start condition

So I recently bought an 04 civic si, K20a, 187,xxx mi off a friend with a no start problem. It wasn't cranking at first, so I replaced the battery and the starter, and checked all the wires for corrosion. Now it cranks, sort of slow though. I changed all 4 spark plugs, made sure there was spark (checked cylinders 1 and 4), I replaced the fuel pump tonight, and I've been using a battery tender to charge the battery so it doesn't wear out from cranking. I was told it had a clogged cat, so I cut a vent In the exhaust. I've checked that all 4 fuel injectors are clear, and that they all have proper resistance with a volt meter. When I try and start it, it cranks sort of slow but I can hear a sound like its starting to fire but it never seems to turn over.

I'm running out of leads to check to get it started, and I don't have the money to tow it to a shop. Anybody have this before? Any ideas?
