Hello everyone
I came across a problem with my recently acquired 2002 rsx type-s with 187k miles on it. I started the car and noticed that it had super low rpm and it was noticeably weaker than other times. I tried driving it and it died. I had someone jump my car and I was able to drive it 3 miles before it died again.
I thought it might have been the battery so I got it checked and autozone did say it was a bad battery. I bought a new one thinking it would fix everything but the problem persisted.
Can someone tell me if it's an alternator or a completely different problem?
I am very new to cars and I would very much appreciate any and all advice that comes my way!
