Car fires, but won't turn over. Listened at gas fill door per Helm manual- heard no pump noise. Checked fuse and it's good. Car started once after winter storage and won't start again. Do I assume fuel pump is bad? Don't really want to go through long "check this, then that" procedure... Any similar probs out there? Thanx!
