Hello everybody! So I just got my first RSX type S this weekend. I wanted one a year ago but could only find one in ATL that was sold before I could see it. Ended up getting a G35 instead. I loved that car, I learned a lot doing simple mods on it, but sadly...my friend "borrowed" it while I was asleep a couple of weeks ago and totaled it.
Enter my 02 RSX type S. Found a gem in an ATL visit. The body has 170k on it but the motor is a K24a2 from Japan with an intake on it. About 50k on it. Hondata and tuned to a 7600 redline I believe. I have receipts. Oh my god I love this thing...it's a torque monster and I love surprising people at stop lights...that being said this is my favorite car I've ever driven :vtec: I haven't owned a manual since my first car (Subaru) and this 6 speed is incredible to drive.
I feel bad and can't take credit for his work...but I can only continue his vision.
Oh and this weekend was the first time I experienced VTEC...holy shit is all I can say.
