k20a2 engine trans harness ecu into 2006 type s shell

okay heres my disscussion
i have an 2002 rsx type s fully functional k20a2
and i have a 2006 rsx type s shell
am new to this, will i have a fully functional running car if i swap the k20a2 into the 2006 shell. i would be using the 02 engine and trans the a2 engine harness and kpro will evrything work fine if i decide to do this? need some help asap
