Where to Buy Rims

Hi guys, I just recently purchased on 06 RSX Type S and I want to buy some new rims for it. I've never bought rims before.

I found rims I really like online (Enkei Onx), but I'm not sure if any local stores have them. Should I just order them online and go into a shop to have them installed? Or are local shops willing to order them and install them for you for an extra fee?
