A Spec Suspension, Aftermarket Sway Bars!

Hey folks! First off I apologize if there's already info out there, I looked and couldn't find much. Today I purchased gently used A Spec suspension for my 02 Type S. The suspension only has about 2k miles on it. I got them for a really good deal, as well as a brand new Progress 27mm front sway bar as a package deal. I really should've done research before purchasing the sway bar, perhaps an EM2 front sway bar would be better, especially considering I just installed a PLM Race Header. My question is, should I even bother installing the Progress front sway with the A Spec Suspension? Will it negatively affect my handling? Soon I'm gonna purchase a rear sway bar too. There's alot of knowledge on here, just trying to gather some info before I install them Monday and get my alignment Tuesday. Thanks guys y'all are awesome 😆
