I didint think I would ever want to sell my RSX but I think it's time to move on for now

Details:
02 RSX type S (138k) on chassis and 52k on motor (k24a2 06-08 tsx)
- kpro v4
-new park plugs(done on the dyno)
- turbonetics turbo kit t3/t4 w/ emusa intercooler piping. (Good for 450whp)
-log style manifold
-emusa blow off valve
- 1000cc deatschework injectors (less than 50 miles as well, have receipts)
-Walbro 255 fuel pump on e85
-custom 3" exhaust
-custom dump tube
-new ac unit with new ac compressor/drier (have receipts, just got done a month ago ) **AC will need to be relocated for it to work but I have all you need to put it back on**
Converted 05-06 cwest front end
I have all the paper and documentation for almost everything listed...
Interior: seats are ripped but everything else is in tact.
-NRG steering wheel with NRG hun
-pioneer head unit
-subwoofers 10" box
-planet audio amp 800watts
So here's the deal... I had the car on the dyno and we tried to squeeze every bit of power we could and unfortunately cylinder 3 gave out on me :( my original plan was to either rebuild it or swap a brand new motor in it but I decided to go a different route. Turbo was put on professionally. This car is turbo ready and if you have the time to swap in a new motor or rebuild it this car can be amazing! I literally had the turbo kit on for less than 50 miles. My main goal is to just get a new car to commute to work and school... the car will drive and turn on but it's running on (3) cylinders at the moment.
Car has never been in an accident...
Exterior: paint 7/10
There is a dent in the passenger side fender from a hit and run from a parking lot...

- BC Racing Coilovers with BC camber adjustments (1 year old, have receipts)
(2) Front Michelin super sport tires (Brand new)
(2) Rear Pirelli tires 50% tread ...
