Rebuilt k20a2. No crank no start

I just rebuild the motor to my 03 rsx, and I am currently having a no crank no start situation.

What I have done:
Changed all the internals. (Pistons, crank, valves/valve springs, ect ect)

Changed the clutch, dropped it back in my car, hooked up the engine harness. (yes I double checked all my ground wires)

Got a brand new hondata ecu.

put a baseline tune on just for a quick start up, put the key in the ignition, turn the key over, and nothing.

Lights come up on my dash, and my radio plays..

I got a new starter late last year, so I assume it couldn't have gone bad just sitting while I worked on my car.

At this point I am frustrated and hope someone knows what is going on..
