Loosing Alignment, What Parts Wear Out??

I got an alignment last year, they didn't do a very good job. I redid it myself about 6 months later to make it closer to straight. I first did the toe. It was toed out too far, so I brought it in and tightened it all up. Then I had to adjust camber on the front passenger a little out since it was negative a little too far. Again, tightened everything up. Drove around for a week to let it settle and rechecked to make sure everything I touched was still tight. Now 6 to 7 months later my alignment is seeming to get out again.

I'm wondering if there are parts that just wear out and allow some slop/play in the alignment. And if so what are they so I can replace them.

I have a 2003 Type-S with 102,000 miles on it. Owned it over 11 years and never had issues with wondering alignment the entire time I've had the car. Suspension was replaced with brand new A-Spec last year a couple weeks before I got the alignment. I've always had a set of summer and rain rims/tires. I'm betting that since the stocks are smaller and narrower than the summers I am noticing the misalignment more now?

I also have the poly inserts in all my suspension, have had it for a few years now. So any of those rubber joints and mounts can't be the problem.

Thanks all
