I'm sorry in advance if there's a thread already, but I've been looking for almost an hour and couldn't find anything. Please redirect me if there's one on this forum.
Question: I need driver side axle for my Base auto. I assume this is the OEM part #: DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY, L - ACURA (44306-S6M-950)?
There is a bunch of much cheaper ($50-$100) axles versus $500+ for OEM on partsgeek, but it doesn't say if it's compatible with manual or auto and the support team couldn't help.
Could anybody please direct me to the right thread and/or answer these questions:
1. Is "Drive Shaft Assembly" the same as "Axle"? Confused with terms...:run:
2. Would you recommend buying any of these brands: FEQ, SurTrack, EMPI, A1 Cardone? Any real experience with any of these?
3. Neither ebay, nor most of other websites specify if it's for manual or auto...How the hell do I find out? Where would you guys go to buy it?
