Blown clutch?

This is a long one.
Soooo I've got a problem. I've got a 2005 RSX Type-S that I bought recently (over 30 days). I recently changed the tranny fluid because it was at about 167k and the 3rd gear syncro kept popping out. I used gm syncromesh friction modified. Was headed to a friend's and turned onto a street in first, revved pretty high while accelerating (about 5500 rpm). Shifted into second and then as I was going down the road I tried to shift into third. The clutch pedal dropped to the floor with almost no resistance and the shifter wouldn't go into gear. I tried moving it back into second and it was like it was being blocked. Wouldn't grind immediately, just stuck in neutral. So I pull off to the side. I try to get it in gear while holding the barely there clutch pedal to the floor, it doesn't go in but as I try to push it into gear the car starts to move while the clutch is down. I finally pop it into second and it goes into third and fourth with some more force than usual, almost no grind but shifting is stiffer and more rough between gears. I get to a friends and am cycling the gears while the car is off and the shifter moves fine. I turn it on and put it into reverse to test that gear, I get a loud pop and it goes into reverse. Then when I press the clutch pedal it is stiff and spongy. Now I can get into gears, but at a stop there is a whine with the clutch down and when pushing into gears from stop. Is it just a blown clutch? Grenaded throwhout bearing maybe?
