(K20A2) Removing GReddy Turbo

I recently bought a 2004 RSX type S, I removed a GReddy turbo kit it had installed and I'm trying build it back up myself (all motor) back side of the block right above the oil filter and headers there is 2 things. My VTEC selenoid is cut and there is a return line I believe for either oil or fuel, I'm not sure and I need help detecting what it could be. If anyone could help out and guide me the correct way before I manage to screw something up that'd be great lol, thanks!
