hello guys!
i have a 2003 rsx type s with HID head lights. not to long ago i notice my driver side fog light out and when i checked into it, the bulb was broken and the wires were touching the ground. now this morning when i woke up to take my niece to school my driver side headlight (same side where the fog bulb was broken) won't come on. i took the head light apart and switched the bulb to the passenger side headlight, AND of course my luck it won't come on and neither will the original one come on.
im so lost and have no idea what to do.
on trying to turn the headlight on i could head strange sounds coming from the; idk if was the fuse box or if it was the HID box that connects to the headlight and fog lights.
i bought the car from someone and i have no idea what he did so I'm just trying to figure it out how to get that lights to work again.

the video i took i could not up load but it has what seems to e a electrical spark noise coming from the open box that leads to the fog light, and the HID box I'm holding in my hand.
if anyone could help would be so much appreciated. thank you so much guys...

My low beam headlights won't work!
