Drove my car through a bad rainstorm.. very boggy n sluggish and sounds like a subi?

Hi all, I drove my car through a pretty bad rainstorm this morning and started noticing halfway through my drive that the car started to sound really boggy and vibrate (my car is pretty low too). I immediately turned my car off and waited for about 10 minutes then turned it back on. It turned just fine but still sounded like a subi. Luckily I was off the road so I turned it on and let it chill for about 45 minutes in hopes that it would dry out occasionally giving it a rev or two.

At first I thought I hydrolocked my car but then I checked my air filter and it was completely dry. I actually have an injen cai but had to cut into the piping to make it fit into my car since I did a swap so it kinda looks like a short ram. I also have a hydro shield on it. I looked at my exhaust and no white smoke and I also checked my oil and it looks normal and not foamy/milky. Eventually, I took the risk and drove it home and the car feels sluggish. Is this something that will dry out and solve on its own or should I be worried?
