I need advice with this cat converter

So I've come across a brand new catalytic converter that has a label that says "DVA 80000 EPA LEV OBDll 02 14 , is this cat legal in California and will it pass emission smog test I have a 02 Acura rsx base model , this cat is a direct fit. Will it work for me ?
