I have a 2006 RSX-S. When I pressed on clutch and heard a loud "pop" sound and the pedal went to the floor. We found hydraulic fluid leaking from what I believe to be the either the clutch master or slave cylinder as well as a completely sheered off bolt.
A while ago I started to slowly loose pressure on my clutch pedal. My car is at about 135,000 miles and after reading on here I just re-pressurized it and that seemed to work. Now, I see that there was probably a problem with one (or both) of my cylinders and I just temporarily prolonged it's life. I found a single picture so far for what I think is a different Honda's cylinder that looks just like mine, but none of the diagrams for the RSX's clutch seem to be exact matches.
*I'm trying to identify this exact part and figure out if any other parts of the system could be compromised.
I tried embedding the image, it's not showing up in the preview so here's a link just in case.
