New GA Member, few questions also

Hey, finally got an RSX after years of trying (they were fairly expensive for a high school and college student budget) and couldn't be happier with it. Trade my Acura TL Type-S for it (maybe debatable but hey I'm happy), TL had 239k but this has 153k. It's a base RSX but I want to do a full bolt on for the base. Right now just has a AEM V2 Short Ram Intake but thinking of header or exhaust next. No overheating or leaks but CEL on due to two O2 Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1) codes P01** and another code that I can't remember or find right now because the paper it was on got destroyed. Drives perfectly fine and throttle response Is there. Pedal does feel a little "heavy"? when WOT until VTEC kicks in, almost like it's being restricted until VTEC RPMs kick in. Also has a whine noise after it's being driven for a minute, almost sounds like alternator​ whine (Increases/gets louder as RPMs rise) but when I popped the hood and got closer sounds like it's coming from the power steering pump right above the alternator ​instead. Otherwise its perfect just needs a aftermarket radio lol. Any help is greatly appreciated, TIA.
