Good price to sell RSX

I have a 06 type s I'm trying to sell, I have had a hard time because the miles, its 224K. The car is in awesome shape for the miles, engine and tyranny are great, no tears in seats etc.... NADA pits the car at $8100 and I'm asking $7000. Do you think that's to much for a 100% stock car in great shape with the miles? Lol if your interested hit me up, but I'd really like to know if I'm asking to much? I need to sell a.s.a.p. Thanks for any onsite 😃
