Yesterday I changed my powersteering hose & now I have a whine when I turn the wheel when I start my car & usually it lasts for like 15 minutes. But after that the sound goes away. There will be times where I start the car & the noise is gone & it's totally fine but In order for that to happen, the previous time I drive it I would turn the wheel all the way to the left or right & turn the car off like that. So next time I start it the noise is gone. Sometime after I drive I see a little foaming in the resovor. Now can anyone help me? I don't think I have a bad PS pump bc this problem never happened before I changed the hose. Also, I've been told to give it a couple days to let the excess air in the system to naturally come out & go away. Is that right? Should the noise stop after a couple days when the trapped air comes out? I've tried bleeding it too, but no solution. Please lmk your ideas or thoughts. Hopefully the noise goes away soon.
