Hi so I will be staring a custom air box mod reason being I have short ram getting heal soak like a mofo and the fan kicks on and it blows hot air straight into the intake it's usually sitting at 104F sometimes a little higher. So I want to do something about it. I got a old air box from a friend as a gift and I saw Hondata had a custom mod you could do to it.

But I was thinking of going beyond that and getting the whole thing gutted. That's the idea now I also was wondering is there some kind of spray or coating I can put on the inside of the intake manifold so it can stay a little more colder? I also was thinking of putting that heat shield on the box like what they put under your cabin and over the headers. I thought that was over kill. So I want to hear ideas and I want to see pics of your guys set up . Thanks for the help!
