New member here.
I bought a RSX around the Fall time and had it storage for the winter. I got it started yesterday and drove it to the nearest gas station by my house. As I pulled in my check engine light turned on. Got scared because the car started to idel from 1000RPM to 2000/3000RPM when putting the car on neutral or letting go of the gas pedal. I thought to myself was it low on oil or can it be the clutch I had replaced before storage?
Anyways, I got it back home and took another look at the engine bay. I notice that the Alternator pulley wasnt spinning while the serpentine belt was rotating. Is it normal or do I have to replace it? (FIY The AC compressor doesnt kick too but the pulley spins). Theres also a light smoke and a rubber smell...
