Electrical problem

So here's some fun stuff. Out of the blue, a couple electrical things went to shit. Normal day of driving, parked car, then drove again couple hours later.

Noticed AC didn't work because my balls were sweating. Realized a bunch of stuff wasn't working. See below

Here's what doesn't work:
-AC clutch not kicking in = no AC
-eBrake light stays on in dash (brake fluid plentiful)
-First windshield wiper setting position does not work, however the fast/very fast speed works
-Keyless entry/doors won't lock = no alarm

Here's what still works like normal:
-Aftermarket headunit/subwoofer (installed a month ago)
-Signals/Emergency + head/tail lights are good
-Fast/Very fast windshield wiper speeds work
-Windows still go up/down
-Fans and Heat still work
and pretty much everything works like normal except those listed above

More notes:
-Car runs perfectly normal
-Normal gas mileage
-Car doesn't overheat
-No CEL
-SRS light on because of Bride seat

Out of nowhere, they all started working again when i hit a teeny tiny bump on the freeway. A day later, they all stopped working again.

Any advice on where to go from here? Specifically any fuses? (That I might've missed).

Back-up #9 fuse (7.5v) not blown

One thread suggests the MICU could be "dying".

Thanks for reading yo

Note to self

Multiplex Control System (MICU) controls the function of these circuits:

Entry lightcontrol (ignition key light and ceiling light)
Wiper/washer (intermittent wipe and park functions)
Interlock system
Keyless/power door lock
Gauge assembly temperature indicator lights
HVAC (compressor and fan control)
Key-in reminder
Lights-on reminder
Seat belt reminder.
