My horn, fog lights, and map lights aren't working

I just bought the car about a week ago. As it was day time when I bought it and everything seemed great I didn't notice that the horn, fog lights, and the map lights in front of the sun roof don't work. I really think is a fuse but this car didn't come with a owner's manual so I'm not sure what fuse is what. I checked the fuse box under the hood and under the steering wheel and most of the fuses worked when I tested them. I'm not really sure what it could be. HELP!
