New HU works and then stops working

I have an 2006 RSX base - installed a new PIONEER MVH-290BT Digital Media Receiver, got it through Crutchfield. They sent us the harness to use for the hookup. I installed it after Christmas it worked for a couple of days, then one day it didn't work, next day it worked and then it shut off for good. Took it out the other day (Sunday 3/5/17) and re-did all of the connections using Posi-Products connectors, put the radio back in and it worked, until today (3/7/17) when it didn't turn on again. Really need some advice here, any help would be appreciated.
