Plm header question

So I had my plm header installed last week with test pipe I didn't use any defoulers for CEL.

Now I haven't thrown any cel yet? I was expecting to throw a code on the way home but nothing.

Note the test pipe donut gasket probably is leaking as it looks like shotty fitment and made my mid pipe hang about 2 inches from the ground. Would the leak cause me not to throw a code?
