Timing help

Had the tensioner noise so I put in the new one. Fire it off, it revs high, then dies, then it wouldn't fire. CEL came on and exhaust smelled like gas. I suspect it jumped a tooth.

So I removed the cover, put the crank pulley arrow on the left mark, check the cams and they seem to be lined up correct with 9 teeth and the arrows in the middle.
