Steering wheel vibration only around 70mph

Ive been having bad steering wheel vibrations for the last few months only around 70mph. any slower and its non-existent. any faster and it gets better but there is still some vibrations in the steering wheels.

My initial reaction was the wheels were out of balance - Since i needed new tires anyway - i picked up a new set and mounted them on another set of wheels (not the same set that was on the car). the vibration is still there but its VERY slight and still around 70mph.

It seems to get better when i am in 5th gear and 6th gear. and feels the worse in 4th gear. Id thought maybe it was motor mounts - but i dont have any engine rocking or wheel hop. visually the mounts look ok and are not torn.

There are no noises that i can hear coming from the wheel bearings when going in straight line or in turns. There are no other wheel/steering wheel vibrations to mention (i.e., nothing when braking or accelerating from a stop). Alignment appears to be ok (no uneven tire wear and the car does stray on straight ground)

The car has 130k miles and suspension components are all original and OEM. The car has felt a little bumpier when going on uneven ground - but nothing that made me think the shocks/springs needed to be replaced.

Is there something else i am missing.... or any suggestions on where to start with diagnosing the steering wheel vibrations?
