Replacing Tail Light Gaskets on 06 Type S

I recently bought a 2006 Type-S and i realized some condensation and water is built up in the tail light. I did some research and found that i have to remove the rear bumper to get to the tail lights. Is this true? If so, does anyone have a link with directions on how to remove the tail lights? Thanks.
