AC Blows Cold - Hot - Cold - Low pressure climbs when not cooling

2003 RSX Base that I have owned for past 10 years. Never touched the AC on it before. Car has 120K miles on it now.

Last week I noticed on hot days (88 to 90+ degrees) that the AC would blow cold, then randomly stop cooling for a while, then start cooling again and repeat. Really hot days above 94+ once it stopped cooling it would seldom start again. On cooler days under 80 to 85 degrees, it works perfect most of the time and seldom stops cooling.

I ran the self diagnostics several times and they show no errors.

Hooked up a manifold set tonight at about 78 degrees ambient.

The high side stayed almost constant at about 160 PSI. The low side when it was cooling properly would go from about 30 PSI to 45 PSI and then cycle back down. After about 30 minutes it finally stopped cooling. When this happened the high side stayed at 160 PSI and the low side kept climbing until it was in the 65 to 70 PSI range. It stayed there for a good 5+ minutes until it cycled and dropped back down to 30 PSI and worked normal again for a while. Later it stopped cooling again and repeated the climb to around 70 PSI. It stayed there for several minutes and then cycled again and started cooling with the low side in the 30 to 45 PSI range.

When it is cooling the vent temperature shows about 42 degrees.

Any ideas what this might be?
