Quarter Panel Question

Hey guys so I have a bit of quarter panel damage from the last owner and I'm just wondering how you'd remove the rear passenger quarter panel. I can get the part from this local guy so that's not an issue and I have someone can weld it on. Pic shows how fucked my car is.
