Best Headers?

What are the best headers that I could get for my 2003 RSX Base model? I have four options that I am thinking of right now. Price range anywhere from 200-600.

DC Sports Ceramic Race Header?
Skunk2 Alpha Series Header?
DC sports stainless steel race header?
DC sports ceramic race header?

Remember it is a an 03 Base model and I still have the stock exhaust. Should I wait and buy the full exhaust and headers at the same time?
