Any Suggestions for my random Misfire??

What's up dc5 fellows. Ok so I'm having an issue trying to figure out what's causing my check engine light to be on and why my car isn't preforming like it should. I had the codes checked and it's saying a random Misfire P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, and P0304. About a month and a half ago my cylinder 3 spark plug broke and my car was running really bad so I replaced all 4 spark plugs and my car ran like a champ again up until a few days ago. The check engine light came back on and my car isn't preforming like normal. Drives fine when driving calm but if I step on the pedal it feels like the power isn't there anymore. I've checked the spark plugs and the ignition coils and they seem to be in good working order. Ive even used a fuel injection cleaner and my car starts up with no problems so i dont believe its my fuel pump, car also idles with no problems or hestations. Any suggestions on anything else it could possibly be?? It's driving me crazy. Would greatly appreciate the help. Only thing I have aftermarket is the headers and cold air intake. Miles are currently at 171,xxx. Thanks guys
