Car is now broken in, want to mod slightly. Question with direction

So I just broke ~11k miles :hb: and now I think I want to mod the car slightly. It is an 06 Type-S.

I only really plan to do 2 things, a short ram and a 2.75" cat back. Can I get away with these prior to doing a reflash? If I only plan on doing these two things (at least for quite some time), is it worth it to get the KPRO or will the reflash be fine?
