K20A2 Swap checklist / questions

My 04 Type S has close to 250K miles and it still drives, however i was able to find an used K20A2 with less than 100k miles for a decent price. This would be a straight swap with the same motor, i got a few questions.

1) Which way is easier to take the old motor out. Drop it along with the tranny along with the subframe or lift it up. ( My AC has a leak and all coolant is gone so i can unbolt the top AC line if needed )

2) Wiring harness. Do i need to pull the wiring harness out completely ( out of the firewall ) or i can unplug all the connectors.

3) ECU / Immobilizer. Do i need to do anything with the ECU or key it? Im guessing i don't have to since its the same exact motor.
