New member, question about checking for rust!

Hi guys, I've always wanted to get a type S and now might be the time, there's a car I'm looking at, there is a visible spot of rust by the back right wheel.
My problem is that it is lowered and its hard for me to check for other rust spots.

Any tips/advice?
