Rattle when A/C on only

Rattle when A/C is on, goes away when turned off, but A/C still blows cold. Not affected by turning on heat.

Googling / searching forum suggests it may be A/C pulley bearing. At that point, is it worth it to just replace the compressor as well? 103k miles.
