finally finished my swap driven about 40 miles so far, its pretty basic:

dc shorty to type s catback
3" short ram with vstack
tuning with kpro4 based off the stock tsx k24 kal.
ive noticed that my egt while cruising 2500-3000 rpm gets up around 1350 to 1400f ( which is like 750c). seems a bit high to me by 100-150 degrees but im new to kseries. the probe is about 2" off the head #3 runner. afr is 14.5-15.2 from like 12-20". ive added a few degrees timing but it doesnt seem to have much effect.
anyone else with an egt? what readings do you see regularly?
also for what its worth im locked at 0 degrees vtc tuning each cam angle at a time
