mounting 02-04 foglights from the back of the bumper?

If this is in the wrong section, sorry. I've been searching far and wide and I haven't found anything with pictures. I'm trying to find a way to mount the 02-04 rsx fog lights from the back and I haven't found anything with pictures. I found one thread but the pictures aren't shown on it. I'm just wondering if it's even possible. I'm on and off about permanently putting on the yellow fog lights on a black type s. I would like an option where I'd want to take them off without having the bumper looking messed up. If anything I'll put on the fogs and color match the fog light housing which most people have done and it looks decent. No spare bumper option :(

This is stock rsx type s with aspec lip kit all around and stock ride height. Looking to keep the rsx as stock as possible I'm thinking the fogs will help in Ontario winter? Regardless, fogs are mainly for looks
