Replacing a 2003 type s drivers seat

So I just purchased a 2003 type s over the past month and am going to be repairing little things that are broken on the car. It's a Canadian model white pearl with the ebony interior and because it Canadian it has the heated front seats. Now the drivers seat has a pretty big rip right in the middle of the portion of the seat where I sit and whenever I get in or out of the car foam gets loose and makes a mess. so what I'm trying to do is replace the seat entirely but need to find a seat with the heating elements in it. Will a 2005 to 2006 type s seat be a direct replacement? Or are there any other options for me to look into? Thanks in advance
