Keyless entry problem

I recently painted my car and the doors were replaced. After the job was done the keyless entry did not work. It was working perfectly before the doors were replaced. The doors can be unlocked and locked from the driver and from the passanger side with no problem. Also I can perfectly program my remote with no problem using the 4 step procedure. But when I shut the door to see if the remote can unlock and lock the car, it does not work. I'll aprecciate the help! Thanks !
