Flickering battery light

Hi Guys, I am really frustrated and I need your help

I own a 2002 RSX-S, i have been facing an issue where the battery light keeps flickering once the engine is on. (the light stays lit when the accessories only are being powered which is normal and implies that the bulb behind the dash is not the issue)

My electrician tested the the alternator by spinning it with a drill and the test shows that the battery is being charged and the alternator is doing its job however each time we install the alternator within the car and turn the engine the light begins to flicker again.

The electrician ran an independent low voltage line with a bulb to bypass the ECU to ensure the ECU wasn't the prob, that independent line still flickers as how the dash would.

We threw water between the belt and the alternator pulley while spinning and we noticed for the time that the water was being thrown the battery light stayed off but as soon as the water stopped pouring the flickering came back.

I thought it was the belt slipping so I did some research, found out i should be using a 7pk1715 belt while i had a 7pk1740 currently installed.

I went ahead a bought a belt today 7pk1722 because the 1715 was inaccessible however the flickering still remains.

I am really frustrated to the point where i would hand over my car to a random person and tell them to have it.
This is my first car and i would love to find the problem, is there anything else that can be affecting this?
