O2 problems with kpro and now own ecu and own o2

Need help with the wiring on the female adapter for the primary o2 sensor 4 pin. Mine shows 1 yellow grn 2 red 3 green 4 white. On my service manual it says 1 is red and 2 is yellow grn and I've had problems with o2 sensors for awhile now. What does everyone else have will provide pics.
