HELP what rim is this and where can i get another one??

I just broke my rim this morning, and I need another one. I'm not sure what brand it is, as it came with the car when i bought it last year. I have looked for serial numbers without taking the rim off, and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know where I could begin looking for a replacement?
