p1164 cant accelerate past 2k

So just Recently the p1164 check engine light came to haunt me, along with it now my car hits fuel cut at 2k and wont go anywhere unless I shift out of gear and put it in neutral and tap the gas. 06 Rsx Type s, Intake, skunk 2 manifold and tb, stock header to cat back exhaust, kpro and that's it. Replaced the sensor and that did absolutely nothing for me. Car only does this when it is completely warm. Drove it for 10 minutes and it was fine then once it hit temp it wouldn't accelerate past 2k in all gears. HELPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
